Questions

Before you call

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We pull permits with your city or county, schedule every inspection, and meet the inspector on site. Permit fees are listed as their own line on your estimate.

What areas do you serve?

Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties, including Orlando, Winter Park, Apopka, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Kissimmee and Sanford. Use the ZIP checker in the contact section to confirm.

How is payment structured?

A deposit to schedule, then progress payments tied to completed milestones written into the contract. You never pay ahead of the work.

Will you build to hurricane code?

All work meets the current Florida Building Code, including wind-load and impact requirements. We provide the paperwork you need for a wind-mitigation inspection.

Do you offer financing?

Ask during your estimate. We can point you to lenders who finance renovations and construction.

Is there a warranty?

Every project includes a written workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties on installed products.
